Swedish "Classic" Massage (Home Visit)
Swedish massage is also known as a "classic massage". This type of massage involves moderate/greater pressure than that of a relaxation massage. Swedish massage is therapeutic, relaxing and rejuvenating, which represents the western standard for massage using the 5 main techniques; fluent or gliding strokes, kneading, rhythmic tapping, frictions and vibrations.

Deep tissue Massage (Home Visit)
Deep tissue massage involves applying firm targeted pressure and slower strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. There is a greater emphasis on specialised massage techniques like frictions to alleviate deep-seated tension, release adhesions, restoring comfort, suppleness and movement.

Sports Massage (Home Visit)
This massage provides both therapeutic benefits and muscular relaxation. Sports massage is a combination between Swedish and Deep tissue massage techniques. This is ideal for sporty individuals and those with physically demanding lifestyles. A massage to improve circulation and reduce muscle soreness and relieve tension. Sports massage is tailored to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity.

Couples Massages (Home Visit)
The couple/group massages are suited for multiple persons at the same time. The massages happen simultaneously with multiple masseurs/masseuses who will ensure that both of you or the group can optimally enjoy the massages. A couple/group massage is a great way of having a relaxing experience together, or it can also be a great gift between friends or partners.

Studio massages
The massages above (Except couples massages) are now also available in the studio (On appointment only). The studio is located on about a 10 minute drive from Lagos. It is situated In Colinas Verdes near Bensafrim (Lagos) which is a very peaceful and relaxing location.

Any extra time i use for setting up, preparing the table and time afterwards will not be charged. The price includes transport time and costs. (No extra transport costs will be charged)
